1. Scope of Engagement

All creative services, including YouTube growth strategy, social media management, 3D visualization, scriptwriting, and AI video production, are governed by individual written proposals and statements of work (SOW) agreed between Ashvani and the client.

2. Performance & Growth Expectations

While our strategic frameworks are built upon real-world data and tested retention patterns, social media algorithms and audience behaviors are subject to external platform policies. We do not promise “#1 on Google” or guaranteed viral milestones.

3. Intellectual Property

Client deliverables are transferred upon receipt of full payment according to project terms. Portfolio case studies and non-confidential growth showcases may be featured as examples of strategic capability.
